2026 SOCCOM Annual Meeting June 30 – July 2

The 2026 SOCCOM Annual Meeting will be held June 30 – July 2 at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, with an early-career professional development workshop preceding the meeting on June 29.

The meeting is free to attend but only SOCCOM-funded researchers will be reimbursed for travel and lodging expenses. If you have questions regarding travel support, please contact your PI or Roberta Hotinski (hotinski_at_princeton.edu).

  We have booked a block of rooms at the Empress Hotel in La Jolla. Rooms of SOCCOM-funded researchers will be paid directly by UCSD – other guests will be billed individually.

Travel information:

Participants should make their own travel arrangements.  If you are flying and being reimbursed by SIO-UCSD, please make your plans in accordance with the Fly America Act.
